Serpentarium

Today, whilst looking through BBC News, I found this story [news.bbc.co.uk] about a fire at the Skye Serpentarium. There was a fire at their breeding centre and over 600 animals, including tortoises, snakes and lizards, perished. It’s quite sad.
This is a wonderful place where most reptiles that are illegally taken into the UK get placed. They breed and have such a wonderful passion for reptiles and the serpentarium is absolutely wonderful where you can handle the snakes. I love it and where my passion for snakes first came alive 
The exhibition centre is fine, but their livelyhood has been destroyed. Such a shame.
