Coronet

Well, I am now knitting the coronet hat from knitty.com. So far so good, even though I am using Click Chunky yarn and a 4.5mm needles instead of the recommended 5mm. I have finished knitting the band:
I know, it doesn’t look like a hat yet, but hopefully it will come together quite nicely. It is a double cable pattern but you can’t see it very well here …
I also had to do a provisional cast on for the first time. I did it with a larger crochet hook than I should have but I couldn’t find my 4mm one :/ I shall be doing the Kitchener Graft very shortly.
So yes, so far so good!
