Rain, Rain Go Away

Well, today we were going to take a trip out to Heaths Country Store. It is a shop I’ve been wanting to visit for ages. The website is just so lovely and the shop looks so quaint. And, well, I don’t ever need an excuse to buy more yarn (or so I keep telling myself …). However, we got to the end of the road and we decided to go to Asda instead. The heavens opened and it poured. I am not happy driving 45 minutes with rain like that. And the possibility of yet more flooding.
The rain was forecast. But there was very little of it earlier. *sigh* I wish it was summer. Oh, hang on …

You’re not alone. No summer on the continent either. I spent last week shivering and wishing for a hat and gloves in Berlin. Back in Holland, still no sun.
