Madness!

Well, I do apologise as there is no knitting content in here, yet again. (sorry, secret pal – this makes life harder for you 
)
Yesterday, we reserved our house! We have decided to buy the house through a part exchange project. It’s madness. Last week, we weren’t even considering this, and today we are waiting for solicitors and the like so that we can exchange contracts by the 1st of October.
The house is a beautiful 3 bed house, near Dinnington. It is a new build by Persimmons. On the ground floor, you have a single bedroom, shower room and utility room. The single bedroom will possibly be used as a study.
The next floor we have a large lounge and kitchen diner. It’s gorgeous! Top floor has 2 large double en suite bedrooms.
Our house isn’t finished yet. But David has put a photo of it all on his blog.
So today we we have spent time putting stuff on eBay and freecycle. Other people can have our rubbish. I refuse to take it with us!
Congrats! Send me some of your good home prospecting my way in a couple of weeks. I’m silently freaking out about where we’re going to live.
It looks lovely, if you go to the Persimmon website they have a video clip of the house and you can walk through it. Where will be the knitting corner(s)?
Excuse me…. I live in Dinnington!! Woo hoo!
Don’t worry Laura – I have plenty of ideas so far! There’s another small package winging its way to you – it should be there tomorrow or Saturday I hope!
