Tutorial Tuesday

I’ve decided to add a new feature to my blog – Tutorial Tuesday! I’ve seen it done in a couple of places and even if nobody thinks that what I have to say is useful, I don’t care! These can be a bit of a bookmark for me for the future.
First tutorial is from Mochimochi Land. As you already know, I am a big fan of Anna. However, what endears me more to her is her fantastic tutorial on Mattress Stitching!
Mattress stitch has always been the bane of my knitting life. I really do detest it. Well, I did. I saw lots of different tutorials and lots of videos but I just Didn’t Get It. Until Anna’s fab tutorial.
Anna’s tutorial is different to others that I have seen because she doesn’t just show you stockinette and stockinette lined up in an easy peasy mattress stitch manner. Oh no. She shows you how to do it at different angles, different joins and how to attach 3D objects too. It is just wonderful. She is such a clever little cookie.
