FO: Pinboard

Woohoo! This is my first FO of 2011!
Yes, I know, it’s not knitting or crochet or anything fibre-y but in my resolutions I didn’t stipulate that it would be. It is, in fact, a pinboard!
Using Kirstie Allsopp’s fantastic book Kirstie’s Homemade Home, which I received for Christmas, I made this fab pinboard. It was really simple and took an hour or so last night. It was simply cutting a piece of fabby fabric to the size of the cork, using craft PVA to stick it down and then putting on some ribbon how you wanted it. Easy as pie. But looks great in my recently organised kitchen 
I would’ve had another FO to show you, but needed my ruler and the ruler fairies seem to have stolen it. So, instead I shall show you a picture of my beautiful daughter from the weekend.
